Greython Construction, a national GC/CM with offices in Downtown St. Louis, has been awarded the GC contract for the conversion of an historic commercial building located at 2000 N. Broadway into a 181-unit multi-family development. This project will start early November 2024 and is scheduled to be completed within 20 months.
