The proposed Work includes Construction of a new 35-acre campus with (2) main buildings built upon the land totaling 229,491 sq ft of enclosed space. The campus will be equipped with a central stores warehousing facility, administrative space, landscaping ops, auto shops, fueling, salt and sand storage buildings and snow removal equipment (SRE) pre-engineered metal vehicle storage building.
