RFQ - Prof. Services for Const. Manag. at Risk -New Concourse &Terminal at STL Lambert Inter.Airport

The City of St. Louis Board of Public Service (“BPS”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified firms interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) services for the Consolidated Terminal Program (“Project” or “Terminal Project”) at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (the “Airport”). BPS seeks a CMAR team, comprised of a prime firm or a joint venture, to provide Preconstruction and Construction-Phase Services for the Project at the Airport.
