SC008291 UMSL Woods Hall Building Waterproofing

Woods Hall is a four (4) story masonry building constructed in the early 1970’s. It is built into the surrounding hillside with the 1st floor being at ground level with an entrance to the east, and the west elevation having a ground level entrance on the 2nd floor. The entire south elevation of the 1st floor is below grade with a retaining wall at the east end, while the north elevation of the 1st floor is below grade at the west end to a retaining wall creating a courtyard which exposes the 1st floor windows on the east end. The building has a rectangular footprint of approximately 12,750 square feet and has a masonry veneer with ribbon window systems. The scope of work area consists of: North Elevation Waterproofing and Drainage o South Elevation Waterproofing and Drainage o Retaining Walls o 2nd Floor Brick Inset Areas o 2nd Floor West Entrance
